Where can I travel

By Europe we mean Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canary Islands, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Eire, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Madeira, Mediterranean Islands (including Majorca, Menorca, Ibiza, Corsica, Sardinia, Sicily, Malta, Gozo, Crete, Rhodes and other Greek Islands; Cyprus), Moldova, Monaco, Morocco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia and Montenegro, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine. It also means the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and United Kingdom if travelling outside your home country, and within your home country in respect of annual multi trip policies only.

If all or part of your holiday is not in a country listed above, you must choose Worldwide cover.

If all or part of your holiday is in a country not listed in our definition of Europe, then you will need to buy one of our Worldwide policies.

• Worldwide, excluding USA, Canada, the Caribbean and Cuba - also includes Europe.
• Worldwide, including USA, Canada and the Caribbean (excluding Cuba) - also includes Europe.

We can’t provide cover for any travel to Cuba. This means that Chubb Travel Insurance will not pay any claims:

• Arising out of or relating to any travel to, from or in Cuba or any travel which starts, ends or has a scheduled stop in Cuba;
• Arising out of or relating to any Insured Person whose main residence is in Cuba; and/or
• Which would result in Chubb Travel Insurance being in breach of United Nations resolutions or trade or economic sanctions or other laws of the European Union, United Kingdom, or United States of America.

From time to time, there may be instances where we cannot provide cover to the country you wish to travel to. We will ask you to select the country you will be visiting, if your destination country is not listed, then please contact us on 0800 519 9927 for further advice.

Both European and Worldwide covers are available on single trip and annual multi trip policies; with or without the winter sports and other optional cover extensions.
